CORPORATE LAW
We provide legal advice to natural persons and national and international companies, from the incorporation to the extinction. It includes the set-up of all types of companies, their reorganization, transformation, mergers, and acquisitions as well as any other related matter.
Likewise, the scope of our services includes structuring and implementing complex commercial transactions, including the negotiation and drafting of joint ventures, and shareholders agreements, as well as the issuance of shares and bonds, purchase and sale of shares and assets, liquidations, corporate restructurings, among others.
CONTRACTUAL LAW
We advice in the structuring, negotiation, analysis and drafting of contracts (buy and sale, lease, provision of services, construction, supply, usufruct, surface, easement, among others); commercial contracts (franchise, trademark license, know-how transfer, distribution, concession, consignment, sponsorship, among others), as well as warranty contracts (mortgage, surety, guarantee trusts, guarantee, among others), both in the private and public sphere.
Likewise, the scope includes any analysis, report, recommendation, and/or absolution of queries related to civil and commercial contracts.
DISPUTE RESOLUTION AND ARBITRATION
We counsel in ad hoc and institutional arbitration and litigation in civil, commercial, and administrative disputes. We also represent our clients in administrative proceedings before any Public Entity, including INDECOPI, SUNAT, SUNAFIL, SBS, SMV, Ministries, and Local and Regional Governments.
Furthermore, we advise in the preparation of reports and legal opinions for clients who require them before or during arbitration and judicial process, or administrative proceedings.
TAX LAW
We advise in the designing of the tax strategies that are necessary for the development of our clients' business activities.
Likewise, we handle all types of queries related to the application or interpretation of tax regulations, and we defend the interests of our clients in any tax dispute with the tax authority.
REGULATION AND ADMINISTRATIVE LAW
We advise regulated companies, planning their projects and representing them before the different public entities, to obtain concessions, permits, authorizations, or licenses that are necessary for the development of their activities.
Likewise, we help our clients in the fulfillment of their obligations before, during, and after their respective audits. We have experience in counseling companies in the telecommunications, real estate, and construction sectors, including sanitation services.
PRIVATE INVESTMENT AND PUBLIC CONTRACT
We consul in the different processes called by public entities for the provision of goods and services.
We have experience in the management of private investment projects, offering our clients legal advice for their assessment and execution, as well as for the evaluation of the administrative bases, review of the concession contracts, and submission of proposals, including the award of the good pro and compliance with post-contractual obligations.
REAL STATE LAW
We guide our clients in the implementation of their real estate projects, providing advice on real estate reorganization and transactions, in the management for obtaining licenses and municipal authorizations, as well as in the financing mechanisms required for the development of such projects.

LABOR AND IMMIGRATION LAW
Our extensive experience allows us to offer our clients comprehensive advice on labor matters, from the drafting and negotiation of employment contracts to the resolution of all types of queries related to labor relations with their employees. Our service includes representation and defense before administrative or judicial authorities in connection with labor disputes and counseling in compliance with labor obligations.
