José Carlos is a specialist in corporate and M&A matters, as well as contractual law, corporate dispute resolution, real estate transactions, and is part of the arbitration team, focusing his participation on substantive matters of the mentioned areas. He has expertise in investment arbitration. He has advised national and international companies on the matters mentioned. Before becoming a junior partner CLR Abogados Corporativos, he has been junior associate, associate, and senior associate. Jose Carlos holds a law degree from Universidad de Lima (2016) with honors. Also, he holds an LL.M. from Queen Mary University of London with distinction (2022-2023). He speaks Spanish (native) and is proficient in English.
